Lisa's Philly Farewell

Thanks to Sondra for organizing my farewell party at the Renfrew Center of Philadelphia, where I worked for 9 years.

The Toad Detour, which I founded 3 years ago, was recently adopted by the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education. I couldn't leave Philly without making sure the toads, toadlets, frogs, & froglets were safe! Thanks to SCEE for continuing to save thousands of amphibian lives each spring.

My "last tango in Philly" with David at my farewell party organized by Public Eye: Artists for Animals, the nonprofit that I directed and co-founded. Thanks to Zipora & Jim for 7 amazing years teaching compassion for animals through the arts. 

Goodbye Vegan Spirituality Group! I will miss all of you.

Goodbye to my faithful friend, Janet, who helped me pack until the wee hours before leaving Philly.

Goodbye Philly! Thanks to my friends and colleagues at Public Eye: Artists for Animals, Toad Detour, and the Renfrew Center of Philadelphia for countless fond memories. I'm very grateful for 18 amazing years of friendship and support! I appreciate the farewell parties, lunches, and gatherings :) Best wishes to everyone! I will return to Philly for the 3rd Annual Vegan Spirituality Retreat on August 11th. I hope to see you during my visit :)
